We love children and pets, but respect our guests that prefer a quiet stay. 
We do not accept pets and only (well behaved) children over 8 years old.

For your safety and comfort no smoking is permitted in the house, we have 3 covered outside decks for smoking.

Cancellation Policy is 1 week in advance (2 weeks for State Fair reservations)

All room rates are based on double occupancy, we add 20.00 additional for each guest.
